We collect personal data in the normal course of our design consultancy work.

We need to know personal data in order to complete our contractual obligations to provide consultancy services and supplies of goods to our clients and prospective clients.

Personal data is provided to us electronically (in email or via our website), in writing, and verbally (by telephone, at site visits, or in other meetings).

Special category data (sensitive data) may also be provided to us so that we may best fulfil our contractual obligations to our clients or our prospective clients.

The personal data we hold may be stored in writing or in digital form.  All the personal data we hold is processed in the United Kingdom and is stored in a secure environment in our studio premises and on our computer systems.

Some data may be stored on secure cloud-based systems whose servers are located outside the United Kingdom.

Personal data is stored for a minimum of six years.

Who we share personal data with

Personal data is only ever shared with third parties where such third parties need the personal data in order to provide their services to our clients or prospective clients in relation to design projects on which we are providing consultancy services or supplies of goods, or to provide services to ourselves in relation to the same.

Data may be shared outside of the United Kingdom if such suppliers are based outside of the United Kingdom.

No personal data is ever provided to third parties for any other purposes.

No profiling or automated decision making is ever carried out on the personal data we hold.
