A stunning kitchen and dining room
The centrepiece of this new luxury home is the expansive contemporary kitchen. An exceptional family living and entertaining space which opens onto the dining room and out to the garden.
The kitchen is organised around a huge island, with four ovens among the large range of integrated appliances. Wine cabinets and further storage are situated alongside the dining area.
Breath-taking principal bathroom design
The luxurious principal bedroom suite includes a breath-taking bathroom design. A double walk-in shower area behind a frameless glass screen is finishes with Calacatta tiles.
A sculptural freestanding bath tub enjoys a view over Winchester and the Hampshire countryside, and the room is completed by a stunning custom vanity installation.
Architectural interior design throughout
We worked on the architectural interior design throughout the property – from the entrance door and the stunning staircase, right up to the top of this exceptional home.
We also developed all of the interior schemes and specified the finishes, fittings, colour schemes and the window treatments for every room in this prestigious property development.

Project Story
Located on Sleepers Hill, one of Winchester’s most prestigious addresses, these four properties are some of the most beautiful new homes to be built in the city. We worked closely with the property developer from the very start of this project in Hampshire, to ensure these new homes would be designed and finished to the highest standard, and also to maximise their value for the client.
We worked on the initial space planning and refined the plan layouts of the homes, in conjunction with the complete interior design, lighting design and planning of the services.
The kitchen is a contemporary German design, combining taupe lacquered cabinets with dark-stained oak timber, and an exceptional selection of Miele appliances. On top sits a matching composite worktop and an oak timber bar, completing a magnificent open plan area which looks out over the garden.
The principal bedroom suite in particular offers an outstanding level of space and luxury. It also offers seclusion from the rest of the property – a neat interior layout includes a vestibule which welcomes the owner into the serenity and calm of this series of private spaces. As well as separating the bedroom from the hallway, it functions as a link between the connected rooms – allowing movement between the bathroom, dressing room and hallway without disturbing the bedroom.
The principal ensuite bathroom is luxurious in both proportions and finish. A sculptural freestanding bath tub with views out over the Winchester and the South Downs is a focal point on entering the room. To the left a double vanity unit with stone tops and LED vanity lighting. Opposite is an indulgent double walk-in shower area – occupying the entire length of the room behind a frameless glass screen.
We planned and detail designed all of the bathrooms – a total of twenty across the site. In the dressing rooms we laid out extensive and flexible storage for all types of clothing, shoes and accessories.
To decorate the property, we specified all of the internal finishes – wallcoverings, tiles, floorings and paint finishes. We also designed and commissioned all of the window treatments – blinds and curtains – completing these remarkable Winchester homes.
