Writing about interior design trends – how about longevity?

For the special edition of kbbreview magazine this month I wrote the first of the articles in this Design Trend special.

I wrote about a design approach for our homes that I believe so strongly in… how it works… and that what results from this…

Longevity.

This doesn’t mean the interior design is anti-fashion, or that it’s plain and boring.  It’s about designing as a response to each unique client, as well as their individual property, and the wider context of where their home is located.  This is what makes our design projects feel ‘right’ when they’re completed, and continue to feel like this for many years afterwards.
