It was great to visit Decorex this week at Olympia in London. It’s the design exhibition most focused on luxury and residential interior design.
As always it’s a chance to catch up with suppliers and other designers, as well as an opportunity to discover new suppliers.
There were new designs and product launches throughout the exhibition – here’s a small selection of my favourites…
Velvet wallcoverings from Arte and playful, Japanese-inspired nesting tables from Zelouf & Bell:
Beautifully detailed furniture from Loom:
Luxurious geometric rugs from Riviere, and rustic woven goat wool carpet runners from Cabon:
Contemporary bathroom fittings from Pombo, and the timeless elegance of bronze ironmongery from Corston Architectural:
Stunning copper marquetry on the doors of this cocktail cabinet by Bethan Grey, and more geometrics from Bery & May and their encaustic cement tiles:
Bold, architectural wall panels from Orac, here spray-painted in dark grey and arranged in a random pattern:
I’ll post some more design favourites from London’s Decorex exhibition next week, focusing on lighting design.
