It’s wonderful to see the launch of ‘The Holt’ in Winchester, Hampshire. It’s a magnificent development of four luxury properties on Sleepers Hill – one of Winchester’s prime property locations.
We’ve been working with the developer – Millgate (Winchester) – since the very early stages of the project. We started by advising on interior plans and designs to enhance the layouts prior to construction, and our interior design input continued throughout the project.
We worked on the design, finishes and specification of the high-end kitchens in all of the properties, with a German kitchen system, Silestone composite worktops, and Miele appliances throughout. In the luxury bathrooms of this prestigious development we specified a beautiful range of German fittings from Axor and Hansgrohe, combined with large-format tiling from Italy and Spain.
For the walls and flooring we put together a contemporary and luxurious palette of finishes for all of the homes. For the window treatments we combined the very latest fabrics for the curtains and blinds, along with shutters in the bathrooms for the ideal combination of privacy and natural light.
