Just in case you hadn’t noticed, this year’s London Design Festival is now underway. The events started this week and run through to 27th September.
Decorex is always one of the most keenly anticipated shows for interior designers in the high-end residential sector, and this year it was bigger than ever. Over 400 hand-selected luxury design brands filled the halls at Syon Park in South West London.
If you didn’t make it though there are still many shows and exhibitions to visit, with the biggest ones running right now.

100% Design opened its doors yesterday. This was the original London design show and it’s still going strong at its new home at Olympia. Sections of the show range from Interiors (of course!) to workplace design, design and build, and products.
Moving to two new locations in central London this year, Design Junction features an exciting mix of cutting-edge brands as well as a pop-up shopping for everything from artworks to furniture and accessories.

At the Old Truman Brewery in East London the Tent and Superbrands shows always feature a fabulous range of exhibitors, and it’s a great place to see international designers who are rarely shown in this country, as well as small independents and even the product designers of the future who are showing their prototypes and looking for production and distribution partners. A new part of the show for 2015 is Techable – showcasing the latest tech-enabled design products.
As always, the suppliers at the Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour showcase their latest collections for high end and luxury interiors in the Focus/15 fair. Over 500 brands covering fabrics, wallcoverings, furniture, fittings, and everything for the home interior are represented by around 100 showrooms. Most of the event is trade-only, but all are welcome tomorrow.

As well as these main fairs there are hundreds of events in showrooms, retailers and exhibition spaces across London. Check out the full event directory and have a fantastic time!
