From the start we found Stephen to be very astute in perceiving the kind of living space we were looking for, and very adept at discussing and developing ideas.

Stephen is a very sympathetic and unpretentious designer (a rarity!) with real creative flair and attention to detail. He pulled together the sketch ideas and produced a very detailed layout and specification that was easy for the main contractor and the many sub contractors to follow.

We had spoken to many Interior Designers, but most seemed to have a particular ‘style’ that they followed. We had very strong views about what we wanted to achieve and Stephen responded flexibly to our requirements. He is a pleasure to work with and we would certainly use his services again.

I commissioned Residence Interior Design to redesign our 2 bedroom property in London Bankside into a 4 bedroom house with the view not only to obtain planning permission but to fundamentally change the way the property functioned and flowed.
